Jeff Ryan

Jeff Ryan is the Senior Director of Growth for ERP across the UKI and EMEA regions at TydeCo™, where he helps mid-sized organisations adopt scalable, modern systems that align with long-term business goals. With a background in both project delivery and strategic sales, Jeff brings a rare balance of technical insight and commercial pragmatism. He began his journey with TydeCo™ as a project manager during a time of rapid transition, and has since held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director of AW Cape, one of the region’s leading Sage business partners.

Jeff’s approach to growth is rooted in curiosity, problem solving, and deep listening. Whether leading complex Sage Intacct implementations or shaping post-merger integration strategies, he focuses on long-term value and clarity of purpose. Under his leadership, TydeCo™ has earned multiple awards, including Top Intacct Partner across EMEA and global partner recognition.

A former programmer with a CFA qualification, Jeff is particularly passionate about bridging the gap between finance and operations through integration and automation. He also brings a strong human element to his leadership style, with a focus on transparency, collaboration, and helping teams stay ahead in a fast-changing environment.
