A typical 2-day AWCape Systems Audit is conducted by a senior Sage certified consultant. The Systems Audit is flexible and modular – allowing the customer to choose which of the sections they consider relevant for an audit. During the audit, management and key operating staff will be briefly interviewed to understand key issues and shortcomings.
The result of an AWCape Systems Audit is a concise and structured report including findings and recommendations. The report will be discussed with management to review the Systems Strategy, followed by an Action List to remedy any shortcomings which normally results in increased business efficiency.
